RBR Beta Program Terms of Use

RBR is currently in Beta and by using www.rbrnow.com or creating an Account to use RBR Payoff, you acknowledge and consent to be bound to the following RBR Beta Program Terms of Use, as well as, the general Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other incorporated documentation.

This page outlines the terms of use and agreement (the “Agreement”) between A Day Early Inc. DBA RBR® (“Our” “Us” “We” “RBR”) and the test user (“you” “user” “tester”), in which the user agrees to test the program known as RBR Payoff (The “Beta Services”) accessed through www.rbrnow.com (the “Site”) and keep us aware of test results.

Beta Product

RBR Payoff Program and associated software, website, and application operated by A Day Early Inc. DBA RBR.

The Beta Services is a web-based application in testing, for a limited time, providing users a debt payoff solution. In addition to this Agreement, RBR Terms of Use also apply to users of our Beta Services.

The Beta Services is currently under active development and has entered the beta phase of testing before its official release. The “Beta” labeling implies that while the core features of the Beta Services have been implemented, bugs and issues may still remain undiscovered until this phase of testing is complete. As such, users testing the Beta Services may experience the following issues, but not limited to:

Unexpected crashes
Incorrect values
Unexpected visual artifacts
Loss of information or data

Should you encounter any bugs, glitches, lack of functionality, or other issues using the Beta Services, please let us know immediately so we can rectify these accordingly.

Data Privacy and Security

Our Data and Security Policy applies to all Beta Program users.

Connecting your financial accounts to RBR:

RBR uses a third party provider “Method” (Methodfi.com) to securely connect your financial account. RBR does not store your financial account information.

We have taken certain physical, administrative, and technical steps to safeguard the information we collect from and about our users. While we make reasonable efforts to help ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us. RBR makes no guarantee or warranty against its security measures to protect your information. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any personal data to RBR via the Internet.

Feedback

You agree that any and all suggestions, comments, and feedback that you submit to us in connection with using the Beta Services (“Feedback”) is property of RBR and shall be deemed to be non-confidential, except as otherwise specifically agreed to or required by law. RBR also shall be free to use any Feedback without restriction of any kind.

Termination

RBR reserves the right to modify or terminate the Beta Services, this Beta Agreement, or your use of the Beta Services, or to limit or deny access to the Beta Services, at any time, in its sole discretion, for any reason, with or without notice and without liability to you. You may discontinue your use of the Beta Services at any time.

Disclaimer of Liability and Warranty

The Beta Services and Site are provided "AS IS." RBR is not liable for any loss, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, suffered by any party as a result of their use of the Beta Services or the Site. Accessing and using the Beta Services is done at the user’s own risk and the user will be solely responsible for any damage to any computer system or loss of data that results from using the Beta Services or the Site.

By using the Beta Services, the Site, and various pages operated by RBR as Beta software, you understand and agree that issues may be encountered without prior warning that may affect performance, usability of the software, or for any reason that may damage the hardware. The Beta Services, Site, the various pages operated by RBR, and all the content found within them are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. RBR does not give any warranties, whether express or implied, as to the suitability or usability of the Beta Services, Site, or various pages operated by RBR.

You agree to these terms set forth for the RBR Beta users in this Agreement. You acknowledge that you may lose information or data at any time and do not hold RBR liable for any such loss or damage.
